Shipping policy
Our gifts ship to contiguous US between 2-7 business days before REQUESTED DATE. Gifts are shipped for free primarily with UPS, however in some rare cases USPS may be used when necessary. All gifts ship from our Hampton, VA office. We currently do not offer international shipments and only ship within the U.S. At the time of shipping you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment. PLEASE ADVISE OF ANY VENUE OR HOTEL RECEIVING RESTRICTIONS THAT MAY APPLY.
* A $5 per box shipping surcharge applies to orders delivered to non-contiguous U.S. States and territories (AK, HI, PR).
Return policy
Your contentment with your purchase is our top priority! If you are not happy with your purchase we do offer a 30 day return on our standard items from date of delivery. Unfortunately there are No Refunds for custom items in our gift selected by the purchaser.
